I searched on FS for the Riskins in Rhode Island. Abram Riskin and his wife Rachel are pretty well documented in family tree. Their birthplace is listed as Shumiachi, Klimovichi, Mogilev, Russian Empire - so I would simply add Russia to this index and fix the surname. Researchers will see the record, if they haven't already.

I couldn't find much to match that scribble - you could always use wildcards if you feel more comfortable trying to decipher something.
