Alternative Spouse Icon
My mother had no other spouse, why is there such icon on my mother box? How can I remove that?

By "icon", do you mean a "?" (question mark) symbol?
This usually represents an "unknown" female individual, although I have seen it against a male. This usually comes about when a child has been removed from one parent, but left against an unknown one, although probably not in this example.
If it appears this might represent your mother's actual (named) spouse in Family Tree, you can merge the ID with the icon / symbol with the ID for your mother's known spouse - assuming he is deceased. Alternatively, you can detach the relationship between the unnamed individual and your mother, but LDS members would probably prefer you not to do this, as it would create an orphaned / floating ID (which might have been used in the past for ordinance purposes).
If I am misunderstanding your issue please return here to provide clearer details, or a specific example.

I'm guessing you mean the icon circled below in a screen capture from the Landscape tree view:
If so, the presence of the icon by the wife means that the husband has more than one wife (not that the woman has multiple husbands).
Clicking the icon lets you select a different spouse (a different wife, in this case). You said that your mother had no other spouse, but the relevant question in this case is if your father had another spouse.

Thank you for your replies, Paul W and Allan Brown. I really appreciate it. Allan is correct as to what I am asking about the presence of "the couple icon" on my mother. At any rate, my father had no other spouse too. What else could I do to eliminate that "couple icon"?

When you click on the icon, what do you see? Who is listed in the pop up that appears? When you go to your father’s details page and scroll to the Family Members section, what do you see?

When I click on the icon, I can see the name of the spouses of my father, showing my mother's name and there is such an unknown name. While the details on my father's name, it shows as follows:
Dionisio Gonzales - 21TW-492

I am thinking not to put double name or alternate name for my father, so that such icon will not appear on my mother. Am I correct on that?

Your father has two spouses listed. One is surely your mother, and they have four deceased children. But your father also has an "unknown spouse" because he has a daughter Rosita Gonzales LJ2M-GWB where no mother is currently specified.
It looks like that Rosita is almost certainly a duplicate of Rosita Navarro Gonzales LXJC-ZKV who is one of the four deceased children shared between your father and mother. If you merge the two Rositas and remove the parent-child relationship with the unknown mother, that multiple spouse icon will go away.
