Please see image 1 of this batch. It has her name as Madleine Mathis and then in ( )'s

It has (Sister Mary Rita). Did I index it correctly? I dropped sister and put Madleine or Mary Rita for the given name

    Sister is a prefix, just like Mr. or Dr. are. You indexed it correctly.

    At the bottom of the petition where she actually signed, she signed it as Meadleine Mathis.

    That is an "old-timey" M. They used that extra loop alot, making it appear to be "me"
