Can't get on my person page

Hi all,

For some reason I can't get on my (own personal) person page. When I try it says "Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh the page". Refreshing doesn't help. I can get on my tree okay, and all the other person pages come up fine. I've already called FamilySearch help and they have escalated it, but he suggested I try the community to get faster help. This is the second time this has happened and I'd love to find out why! (Last time after escalating things it just went back to normal after a couple of days. I don't remember if they were able to explain what happened.) It has been this way for a couple of weeks, so time isn't solving it.. :)

Have you tried the usual basic troubleshooting steps of trying a different browser and/or clearing your FamilySearch cookies in your preferred browser?
