Help with FamilySearch Partner Access Filae

Hi, I am trying to help another member set up an account through partner access for Filae. When we click the join for free button it pops up an error screen that says

"Oauth2 error:

redirect URI not configured correctly"

What should I do to help her get an account?

Filae has been purchased by MyHeritage, and the records on Filae are now available through the MyHeritage partner account.
