Live Chat to help with errors instead of calling
When you use a local library connection, calling isn't an option. I keep getting "Something Went Wrong
"Unfortunately, something went wrong and we are unable to display the record. Try refreshing the page, or come back later."
I would like to continue my work, but I don't have a way to report this while I am using the library hook up. I would be excellent to hit a LIVE CHAT SUPPORT to notify you that there is an error issue.

It is a new program, so it has glitches, but it appears to be what you are asking for....

It is only a system for communicating live with other users, not with Family Search support.
