Plan used for Family History Consultants

I help numerous people remotely. I am homebound and many of us are just too busy to have face-to-face meetings. The way you have set up the procedures for the family history consultants is ideal for this...except one area. I do not like the Lesson Plan because it does not allow you to insert screenshots or anything else in the plan. I can drone on and on about how to do some procedure or other but if I can screenshot the correct icons, etc, I can show them much more productively. The people I have helped respond well to this. Please consider changing the Lesson Plan so I can insert screenshots.
