Hello,
I received the following email message from Family Search Support, which is why I’m contacting you. My information follows their email.

If they advised you to go to Community, please register there, go to Suggest Ideas. That will probably be the best place to ask a question or comment. We have people there that are watching the questions and can either answer your comments and questions, or can point you to the proper place.
Sincerely,
Family Search Support

Who I am:
I am a volunteer for “Brown County Historical Society, Inc.” located at “90 E. Gould Street, Nashville, IN 47448”. FamilySearch is filming county government records that were transferred to our custody by county officials. I was appointed as Project Manager for this project by Rhonda Dunn, Archivist. I retired from a career in IT, with job functions ranging from programmer to project manager to IT management. This means that my natural inclination is to track and monitor project activities.
The Situation:
Filming started in April 2022 and continued through the end of 2022. It resumed last week. I have never been able to see all of our filmed images on-line. The filmers can see them, but I have only been able to see a subset. As of August 27, 2023, I could see 1,385 image groups. (I access them through “Search”, “Images”, “Brown, Indiana, United States”.) Starting on September 27 or prior, I could only see 630 image groups, although they increased by 5 on Oct 1, before filming resumed here. The couple who are doing our filming can see 2,704 image groups, so I know they are still on your system.
My Questions:
What is causing us to not be seeing all of the image groups that were filmed at our location? I am assuming that some sort of switch or code is set to prevent general system users from seeing them. If that is the case, could you please set it to give us access?
If you like, I can send you a spreadsheet showing the differences in counts by record type. It would include three counts: August 27, September 29 and October 3. The first two sets of totals would be what I could see; the third set of totals would be what our filmers can see. I noticed that some record types completely disappeared for me on September 29 – Criminal Case Files and Divorce Records, for example.
Thank you for your assistance,
Julia M. Ottenweller, Project Manager for Brown County Historical Society, Inc. archives

I am not connected with FamilySearch, but as no moderator has offered any help, my suggestion would be to contact the FamilySearch Library in terms of the emails in the article https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog
I know your problem is not with the catalog, but I think the FamilySearch Library may be the best place.
If you are on Facebook you may be able to contact the FamilySearch Library through its Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/familysearchlibrary/about
