We don't delete duplicates; we merge. And you can do it yourself. The FamilySearch Family Tree is open-edit - anyone can edit, correct, connect, merge.

If there are two profiles in FamilySearch FamilyTree, the correct way to deal with it is to merge the two profiles.
The reason for this is that there's only a small window to actually delete a profile that's been created in error. As soon as something is done to that profile - like amending it or linking it to another via a relationship, then the profile can't be deleted (perhaps because you'd mess something else up).
You can do the merge yourself - if I've understood you correctly, then you should go to GHN2-4FW and see if G22Q-FHL is being offered as a potential duplicate. If it is, then merge G22Q-FHL into GHN2-4FW (you do get a chance to swap the order round if you suddenly realise that you got them the wrong way round).
If G22Q-FHL is not being offered as a potential duplicate then you should scroll down until you reach the Tools section on the right and choose Merge by Id. You will get a box labelled "Possible Duplicate Id" - put G22Q-FHL in there and proceed to merge as above.
Don't forget afterwards - under the Alternate Name section of the merged profile, add Maggie Mannix.
