It is extremely irritating to be in the middle of a research session and to get hit multiple times with captcha verifications. I don't do all my research within Family Search, I can be away from a window for several minutes. I run multiple tabs simultaneously. Returning to an existing, open session that was working only minutes before only to be challenged AGAIN is not good service and really not greater security.

You need to tune the bot challenges down a notch.
