Need assistance with marriage record in Latin
I need assistance with the attached marriage record in Latin. I understand the date and place of the marriage. Also the name of the bride and her parents. I have difficulty with the name of the groom and what appears to be his profession or occupation. Also the origin of his parents (Turin?). Are the bride's parents from Gallia (France?)? BTW Gerunda is the ancient Roman name for Gerona (Girona), Spain. There also appears to be quite a bit of information on the witnesses. Thanks in advance.

Another option is to reach out to a professor of Latin at a local university or even a catholic church as Latin is still spoken by certain individuals within the church.

Valentin: Thank you for your suggestions. I have looked at the Latin Language Stack Exchange but their focus does not seem to include assistance with translations to the general public.
I didn't think that the University of Alberta, being such a young university, would teach classical languages, but I was surprised that they do have a degree in Latin. I am going to go to the faculty and see if any of them provide translations. Maybe a student wanting a little practice.
I have seen online several offers for Latin translation, but I was trying to avoid the expense.

If the above record is from an Italian source, you could try joining and posting in the FamilySearch Community Group Italian Research
Looking at the posts in the Group I saw a request for a Latin translation made a few weeks ago.
However, if the record is from Spain, there doesn't seem to be an English language Spanish Research Group. although there is a Spanish language one.
