Dead to Living Glitch?
I have submitted many cases to change someone erroneously marked as deceased, so I know how to submit a case. Today, I could not get it to save the change and open a case after I marked her as living and added a reason statement. I can't get the case box to open to repeat the reason statement.
She was born in 1930. I've clicked the "living" box and the date and location fields lock out, but it won't move past that step and on to the next. I've tried the same person twice.
Is there a known glitch in the system?

I have been working with the engineers and heard back from them that this issue was resolved. Let me know if you see this again. Thanks again for letting us know.

Affirming also that I am having the same issue of not being able to submit a deceased to living request no matter which browser I try to use.

Wow. This is bad and needs to be fixed.

I successfully submitted one and received a confirming email that the change was made within the last few days.
But, I tried just now, and I see the same problem. The save button, after changing the status from Deceased to Living, is inactive.
@Maile L Could you please escalate this issue? Thanks.

Possibly unconnected, but when trying to add individuals to Family Tree yesterday, via the source linking process, it was not being accepted that I had checked them as "Deceased" and provided a reason statement. Even adding a year of death made no difference.
Perhaps there is a temporary glitch with the programming, whereby it is/was not accepting an added "Deceased" marking, wherever one was trying to indicate this.
