Removed or restricted person
Hello. I have been working in Family Tree on the family of John Cock and Jane Davey all afternoon. One of the children, Amelia Cock, is now being shown as restricted or removed. Would you please investigate the issue and resolve? There appears to be nothing attached to the profile that would cause such a restriction.

I can see the record without any restriction.
I suggest you try the following:
1. Try again - there may have been a temporary glitch.
2. Have you turned your computer off since last trying? If not, then reboot.
3. Try using a different browser.
4. Check that your browser is up-to-date (e.g. for Chrome, click on the three vertical dots on the far right, click help, click About Google Chrome).
5. Clear FamilySearch cookies - go to https://www.familysearch.org/cookies.
6. Check your internet speed. One way to do this is to use https://www.speedtest.net. A download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps is regarded as the minimum Internet subscription rate for FamilySearch to operate properly. 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps respectively is preferred.
7. If all of the above do not work, try clearing all of your temporary files and cookies in your browser (for Chrome this is the 3 dots again, Settings, Security & Privacy, Clear browsing data).
Hopefully one of these will resolve your issue.
