What to do with multiple images with same persons name on it when 1 is required
US, New Jersey—Naturalization Records, 1891–1947 [MQ8S-J16]
I have a batch of two records, the first with a Petition for Naturalization and the second is a Declaration of Intention. The project is to index documents of naturalization 1841-1947. If I look at the next document, it shows a Petition for Naturalization for the same person as listed in the second document. After investigation, these two documents are displayed for the same person/family. At the bottom of the project,

Declaration of Intention and Petition for Naturalization are the two different steps in the naturalization process and must be indexed as such, even if it is for the same person. Name and spouses are possible changes between the DEC and the PET to go along with different Petition numbers and Record Dates. Generally speaking, the DEC was the "first papers" and the PET was the "second papers" in the two-step process.
It sounds like you have accessed the +1 (or more) of the Reference Images. Reference Images are for reference only and are not indexed with your batch (hence the big red letters). They are part of different batche(s) that will be indexed by other users.
For Image 2, you will not index the Oath for Mr. McCorry, as it has an overly, and will only index the DEC for Mr. Lombardi using only the information provided on the DEC.
