1901 Birth Records from Victoria, Tarlac
Hello, and thanks in advance for your help. I am trying to locate my grandfather's birth records which are apparently listed here at the library:
Birth registers 1901-1970
International Film
FILM: 1975573
IMAGE GROUP NUMBER: 5381840
I live in New York/Florida and cannot access online. Is there a service I can hire to research this info for me? I am not getting through to the online help desk for ASIA research.
Please advise. Thanks so much in advance!

Yes, these records are available online but only in one of our FamilySearch Centers. It looks like your nearest would be in Navarre or Crestview but you could tell best yourself by looking at https://www.familysearch.org/centers/locations/
Type in your location; probably to include Santa Rosa Co. in the address, to see FSCs around you.

@ballaterloon Those records are not available at an FSC. I'm at my FSC this afternoon, and I have accessed MANY records from various restricted sets today. The DGS Leslie asked about is not available.
Perhaps you are viewing from a Church account rather than a public account?
