I have noticed on many names that expiration date are different from baptisms to sealings to the spouses. Show my idea is to have the same expiration date and each ordinance, of the same person

A sealing to spouse involves two people and is printed on a separate card from the ordinances for either of the two individuals. The sealing to spouse will very often have a different expiration date from either of the two individuals.

It would not be practical to force those expiration dates to be the same. For example, John could have individual ordinances that expire next week in 2023, Sally has individual ordinances that expire in 2024, and their sealing to spouse expires in 2025. Would you really want all of them to expire next week in 2023, just so the expiration dates could all be the same?
