FamilySearch is not a place to look for long lost relatives that are still alive. It is a place to do research on ancestors. Have you tried searching for her on social media? I would advise Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly twitter) or Pinterest to name a few. Have you done an internet search on her? Nick names will not work well in searches since most public records use formal names. Use her full name as well as her middle name / initial.
Ancestry has a lot of public record collections that include the living. For example, you can possibly track where she or her mother lived in city directories or school yearbooks. If you know her birth date and place, plug that into Ancestry's search function.
If she is working in FamilySearch and has created a person page for herself, it will be blocked from public view. No one can see the pages of living individuals except the person who created them.
