What do I do when the children are listed on the document as well as their birth dates?

There are children listed along with their birthdays. What do I do?

    It is always best to share your batch code or a link to your batch to get the best answer.

    In general, we only create one record for the primary individual unless the project instructions tell us to index others on the record.

    For example, on naturalization documents, you would not create additional entries for the children based on the instruction:

    • Do not create separate entries for people other than the principal. For example, do not create separate entries for the spouse or children of the primary person.
