No matter how much, or little, information I provide - I never have to sift through no less than two pages (20 entries/page) of people who do not even have the same name as the one I provided.

Please provide an example of your search criteria. Often, making "Exact" name searches, or filtering on categories of record, or searches of specific collections, can cut-out unwanted results.
