Bug Report: Editing and Tagging Information

An interesting series of events:

1) Open data that needs to be edited:

2) Edit the data. This activates the Save button:

3) While there, Tag the data:

4) Save the new Tag. The edited data reverts to its original form and the Save button deactivates:

5) It is now necessary to redo the edit.

Could this be improved so that the one does not have to remember to tag first then edit?
