Mass. Vital Records--2 Registered Numbers ?

I have run across a few records like this one, https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/5885958e-4a73-426e-9648-71b93958eaaf

There are 2 Registered Numbers, one for place of death and one for place of residence. Which do I use? (The example, like most of the records, only shows one.)

Thanks!

Use 425, since that's where Mr. Osborne died.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking, also, but I did want to check. :)
