Change Log Addition

I'm not sure if this has come up before, but I'm wondering if an addition could be made to the Change Log. I'm working through a section of family and doing a lot of editing on names changing this:

to this:

When I do, the Change Log looks like this:

That is, from the contents of the Change Log it looks like I have done nothing other than somehow switch the latest contributor name to mine, which is kind of tacky.

Could "Language Template Changed" be added as a Change Log category or some other indication be added as to what really happened to the record?

Also, I see that this is a change that cannot be reversed in the Change Log. There is no Restore next to the original entry. Shouldn't there be?
