Yikes, this is a confusing mess.
It appears that Serapio's baptism has been indexed twice. One of them was done by computer; it has the place as Chihuahua, and skips the "Serapio" part of his name, among other errors: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6DTM-15PP. It is, however, fully editable, using the new index-correction tool, and the link goes to the correct image. The Document Information for that index entry has "004232335_001_M98D-2VG" for the digital folder number, which, if divested of its extra gibberish, is film/image group number 4232335; the catalog agrees that that contains baptisms 1884-1893 from the Catholic parish church of Sagrario in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. So other than the added gibberish on the film number, this index is basically OK, once someone goes in and makes the corrections. (I'm "leaving it as an exercise for the student", mostly because Spanish is not one of my languages.)
The other index of Serapio's baptism (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NRM9-ZVP) appears to get the names correct, but it has a totally-wrong digital folder number (4605377), and therefore a totally-wrong event place. In other words, this was an old-fashioned indexing project done by actual people; they were asked to enter just the child, parents, and the date. The location was supplied in the pre- or post-processing, based on the numbers identifying the images. The problem is, at some point, the number identifying the image got corrupted somehow, so now it points to a film/group of "Bautismos de hijos naturales 1899-1908" from the parish register of Coyuca de Catalán, Guerrero.
Just to make things more fun, the incorrectly-associated film/group also has a computer index; it also adds gibberish to the number in the Document Information section and gets the names all messed up (for example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6ZFF-WW9S), but is fully correctable.
I haven't a clue whether this kind of metadata-corruption can be fixed. My best suggestion is to attach both index entries to Serapio's profile, but to add an explanation of the error in the index to the Notes/Description field of the mangled one.
