Record hints
When doing research and finding that a person does not have a death recorded.
Do not show a record hint belonging to someone else, It is very annoying.
Please only show record hints to those people they belong to.
Eg: When looking for a death record of a female, I would prefer not to see a record that referes to her spouse.
Thank you

By "record hint", you mean the things with the blue icon under Research Help (among other places), right?
If so, those don't "know" that you're looking for someone's death record. Quite often, in fact, they're listed exactly because the data is already entered, and the hinting system is suggesting a possible source reference for it. And if the husband's death record mentions his wife, then the system will suggest it for the wife, too -- quite rightly, in my opinion.
Specific to the question of looking for the death of a female and getting records about her husband, or even about unrelated men, you have to keep in mind that indexes are full of errors. The hinting system on FS has "learned" to compensate for this by ignoring the sex if enough other details match. This is sometimes annoying, yes, but I think it is just as often a Good Thing. (For example, I think they ran the translation process on the Hungarian church register indexes once too often: first they changed F/férfi/fiú into "M" for "male", and N/nő/L/leány into "F" for "female" -- but then ran it again, leaving the Ms alone, but changing all of the Fs into "male".)
