Can I view more reference images?
I'm not very familiar with this website yet. On the indexing record, I know one can view reference images, though to a certain limit. Can I view the record batch in its entirety, without searching for a specific person? The title of the index record contains what I believe is a Batch Number (letters and numbers), so can I use that in some search function?
I found the collection name, and am aware of the advanced search functions of using the Batch Number or DGS number. Neither produce any results.
I ask because I'm wondering if I might get more information from viewing images on the same record, that doesn't fall within the Reference Images range. Specifically, I have the last two digits (60) of the year. But the date range is too large to imply the correct century (1740-1913), so I wonder if I can deduce the century from the rest of the collection.

From General Indexing Guidelines/Indexing Dates in the Project Instructions:
If only a 2-digit number was recorded, you can sometimes determine the first 2 digits of the 4-digit year from other information, such as the project dates or other contextual information on the image. If you cannot determine the 4-digit year, index the 2-digit number.

If you have the film or digital image group number (which can be labeled several ways, including "DGS"), then you may be able to view the entire film by using the catalog, or by plugging the number directly into the catalog's film-viewer URL.
You can look up a film in the Catalog by going to Search - Catalog and pasting or typing the number into the "Film/Fiche/Image Group Number (DGS)" field. Note, however, that the Catalog is now a couple of years out of date, so if it's a newly-acquired image set, it may not be listed.
Alternately, you can skip the catalog and just try plugging the DGS directly into the URL: https://www.familysearch.org/search/film/NNN, where NNN is the film/image group number, padded with leading zeros to nine digits.

You can look at the entire film using the DGS. Sometimes the collections are not available though except for indexing purposes. However, it doesn't really matter, since you would follow the guideline that @erutherford provided. The field help may also tell you that if you can't determine the 4 digit year to mark the field blank and not use the two digits. We follow the field helps, and the project's specific instructions before resorting to the general guidelines.
