Missing memory --Soren Christophersen KWJ4-GX2
I am concerned about memories that are missing that I have previously uploaded. Several months ago or even a year there was a problem with several of them and the notice appeared that there had been a problem and it would be resolved.
Today when I look at the oldest updated memory for Soren Christophersen KWJ4-GX2 a banner appears that there is a problem on your end which will be resolved. The banner disappears and only the first two lines of the entry appear along with comments. I copied this autobiography written in the 1890's by my great-great-grandfather in 2013 into FamilySearch and no longer have a copy of it. It is a very heart-wrenching telling of how he divorced his first wife and moved to Utah for the sake of the Gospel and his trials as well as his blessings.
When will this document be restored? Over 200 people have read it and it is an important original source for the early converts in Denmark and Manti.

Hi Kathryn - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about missing memories. You should have or shortly will receive an email or other contact from Family Search regarding this issue. You can also go to your gallery page (memories>gallery) and should have a banner there with a brief explanation and a link to the "Memories Restoration Tool" You can access the tool which requires a sign in to family search. The tool will show your memories that are lost and steps to restore them. Unfortunately, it does take the original photo/document/story in order to restore. I lost 298 memories from my file. I have been working through the restoration process. So far, I have been able to find the original files and restore them but I am only 1/3 of the way through. Good luck in finding your story. Let us know if you have further questions.
