This ward member I am helping has forgotten her username and password even the mobile and email that she used to register? she has no other recovery option? How can I help her please?

Hi - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about recovering an account. In these cases, the guest needs to contact Family Support for live help in getting this resolved. On Family Search, click on the circle with the question mark at the upper right. Select contact us from the drop down, choose your region of the world and then make a selection to contact Family Support. In some areas, there is a phone number to call, in others, there is the opportunity to schedule an appointment for live help. The owner of the account must be present on the call.
