St. John, N. B. Does anyone know what N. B. stands for? Is that an abbreviation for New Brunswick?

Yes, Saint John is one of the largest cities in New Brunswick, Canada. NB is the standard abbreviation for New Brunswick. St John is quite close to Maine.
