I would like to merge Arthur John Sayce who is my husband's 1st cousin twice removed but I get a message I can't due to them being in different trees.

Primary person Arthur John Sayce Birth 1887-1915 LZ5Y-7PH

duplicates are 9VHT-HKN and LXPT-TGG profile page states confidential but they are indicated as deceased.

Please can you help me to sort this out? Thank you Ann Sayce

It's not different trees - the FamilySearch Family Tree (FSFT) is one single collaborative tree.

The issue is the location. Certain countries have restrictions, and Arthur's burial in Turkey is what causes the issue.

Confidential people, like Living people, only be seen by the person who created them. When I try to check 9VHT-HKN and LXPT-TGG, all I get is Person Not Found. That is because they are in your private space. You cannot merge a person in your private space with a person in the public space of Family Tree.
