Each entry runs across both pages. You're only indexing the names of each child and his/her parents for 16 baptisms. Once you have done that, you delete the empty fields. Then you can submit the batch.

Would you share your batch number, please? Thanks. There generally is no field for indexing sponsors/godparents. An index is not a full transcript but a finding aid with just the primary names.

As I said, you won't index the sponsors. You will index the name of the child and the names of the parents. Those are the only fields to be indexed.

OK, but the batch is for 30 names and it won't let me submit it without the information for all 30 lines. Entries 17-30 have only a date, the name of the person performing the rite and the witnesses.
