I'm confused. I input records and it shows up again not recorded. What do I do?

I think I figured it out. I see 2 images with 2 documents each. Can I get more images?

Each batch has just a few images - sometimes only one image, depending on the record set. More batches can be indexed; please do!

OK. Is it any help to index petitions if the document only has a name, and maybe an age?

You will index a record that has just a name and an age, marking the other fields blank.

As for the record date, both the location and verbage differ by document. I'd like to see your batch, so please share your batch code. Your batch code looks like [MQCB-WFS] and is located at the top of your indexing screen, under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.
