We are extending an invitation. Who do we contact?

The San Mateo County Genealogical Society is hosting a grand opening for our new library. We are inviting local genealogical societies to join us. This is an opportunity to let people know about their services.

We would love for one of our local FSCs to have a table at the event. I've contacted three of them with no reponse. Anyone out there who can tell me who to contact? There is no charge for either exhibitors or attendees.

We're in San Mateo County in California. Also covering San Francisco and Santa Clara.
