Where do I find the guidelines for managing a multi-stake family history centers?

Also there used to be a calling something like Area Family History Advisor who works with the Area Seventy that may be a good resource.

The Operations Guide has been reviewed by more than one person with little success. There is no Area Family History Advisor to our knowledge. It would be good if we had one.

There are two groups that you should join, the tech group whose link is listed above, and the FamilySearch Center Consultants group.

Also, you would probably enjoy the twice monthly zoom meetings for directors. The links to these meetings are found in the FSC Technical Support group.
