Peru, Cajamarca, Registros Parroquiales 1782-2005[M3J3-GQX]. The records have no dates written on them, but when I scrolled back 3 images I found a date of November 1927 handwritten at the bottom. However, that doesn't mean that the current batch I'm reviewing has the same month or year. What should I do?

I cannot access the batch, but generally speaking, if you are unable to conclusively link November 1927 to that marriage (or any marriage), follow the Field Help. Note that this instruction is found in month and year Field Helps as well.

If the day was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
