Need ability to sort items placed under Notes / Discussions in Collaboration section

I would like to be able to change the order of the items placed under the above categories, in the same way I can customise the order of items in the Sources section of a profile.

I just added a note of relatively low importance, but it is placed above even the Alert note, which I feel should appear at the top of the list - followed by the other notes in an order that matches their importance.

Surely it should be (made) possible to drag the different items, so they can be listed in a preferred order?
