There was not enough space in the question box to write the question. I am indexing US, Missouri—Naturalization Records, 1863–1942 [Part C][MQH5-J64] and so far, I've come across two batches and 65 entries. Is there a way that the entries could be cut down to 2? It takes so much time to enter blanks 64 times.

The line which you say does not have enough space is only meant to hold a caption or title. Then you can write reams in the 2nd box.

Yep! Most projects today come with a preset number of entries. Follow these two steps to get rid of your blank (aka, unused) entries.

On your toolbar, locate and click the trash can icon.

This dialog box will appear. Make sure that you have selected "All blank entries", then click Delete. You'll have the 4 total entries and will be ready to submit.
