Clean up 1950 census
The machine generated indexed record shows the entire page as being in the same family. This requires dismissing the "unfinished attachments" after looking at the record. Surely FS algorithms can determine among distinct dwellings and only group a family when it is in a unique dwelling? If not, please add this elementary capability.

Can you give a link to an example of such a "mega-group"?
The 1950 Census has the new "edit anything" index-correction tool, which allows you to correct family groupings, but I'm not certain of the exact procedure, having never needed to use it yet. (On the Hungarian civil registrations, where I encounter the tool, the problem is usually exactly the opposite: nobody is grouped with anyone else.)

Edit anything does not allow for deleting others on the record, which show up as unfinished attachments in sources until /unless dismissed. See one example at https://www.familysearch.org/search/linker?pal=/ark:/61903/1:1:6FQX-QM3S&id=K41L-JFD
It is great that some, but not all, 1950 census records can be edited. But others on record with different addresses/dwelling numbers should not be grouped together.

The new household editing feature (a link labeled "Drag ..." on the Relationships panel) was available for about two days but has been taken back as of today (within the last hour!) Presumably, once they fix whatever the problem is, it will reappear. It features a list of all the persons on the sheet grouped by households and allowed one to drag each person to a different household or to a new household.

Such a feature would be very useful. Would be nice if FS posted announcements of these types of significant improvements!

The "Drag Names" feature is now back.

Any time you come across a page-wide problem. Please use the Feedback button and report it. Changes made to only one person/family can also change others in these cases.
MLV2, I have sent you a message about the url page you sent.

For anyone who wants to know how to submit errors in Search>Images, this is an example of reporting a problem with the page https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHK-9QHW-TX9V?view=index&personArk=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3A6FQX-QM3S&action=view. This was accessed by clicking the EDIT button on https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6FQX-QM3S
