UNDO
Please add an UNDO function for the Reply box in the queries. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally wiped out a line or two of transcribed information and then have to go back and re-transcribe. UNDO would allow me to get those missing words back quickly and easily.
Or, if the function already exists, please tell me how to access it!

I'm not sure I understand your question: are you talking about replying to queries here in the Community?
Like many long-time FS users, I've been burned by FS's intermittent tendency to log me out unexpectedly, thereby losing my work. One consequence of this is that I don't type transcriptions directly into the comment box here: I use my favorite text editor (Notepad++) instead. It autosaves and has an effectively-unlimited "undo" function.
The Community does have a "Drafts" function; it tends to be about a minute or two behind what I'm typing. That can sometimes be enough to rescue accidentally-deleted text, but as I said, I don't rely on it.

If you are working in a standard text box, the usual UNDO command of Control-Z or Command-Z should work just fine.

Thanks, I'll try to remember Control/Z next time.
