What date is correct for the recorded date? The midwife's or the mother's?
If you have a question people will comment and try to help you here.
As far as the mistake in the instructions( it does look like a C to me), it doesn't matter as the instructions are only meant to show how an item should be indexed and where to correctly place the data.
You will use the date on the bottom that is after Subscribed and sworn to me on this, which, in this case, is August 4, 1900.
In the example for indexing these birth records it gives an example of a name " LT Oliver". It looks like LC Oliver to me. I don't know if this matters or not.
do my answers come here or in an email?
If tou look at the C in Choctaw, it is different than the supposed C in LC. It is LT Oliver.
Reviewing the Five Tribal Records, why are some batches containing only an ID to be indexed when the Instructions say only Marriage, Birth and Death Records are to be indexed for this project? Confused.....Thanks.
If you can post your batch code so we can get a clearer picture of what you're talking about, that would be great. Your batch code looks like [MQZ7-WR1] and is located at the top of your indexing screem, under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.
