Do I mark this as no extractable data as there are no names or dates of marriage?

    According to the Project Instructions:

If a record does not include a name for the principal person, you should still index the record, marking the principal name fields blank and indexing other names, such as names of the parents, along with any other fields that are present on the record.

I would use January 17, 1886 as the marriage date, leaving everything else blank.
