I received a message telling me to return a batch. I am not able to get into indexing to do so

The first step is the easiest. Log out, then log back in.
If that doesn't work, clear your cache and cookies. In Chrome, go to the three vertical dots, then Settings and search for "Cache". This box will come up. Choose "Clear browsing data".
Next, this box will come up. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then click Clear data. This may take a moment or two.
After this step, restart your computer and log back in. These steps should fix the problem. Note that this is for the Chrome browser. This has been my browser for years. I have not used IE in a very long time and don't have enough experience with Firefox or Opera to know how to clear the cache in those browsers, but that's what Google is for :)

IE no longer works with FamilySearch. It's outdated and no one should be using it.
