My brother divorced his 1st wife, with whom he had 3 daughters and married againg, generating one more daughter. I have already found out how to add the second wife, but the daughters are shown all together. It would be good if there was a way to separate the daughters by their respective mothers. Is that ´possible?

You need to correct the parent-child relationships: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-correct-parent-child-relationships-in-family-tree.

That said, presumably your nieces are living, no? FamilySearch -- or any online tree -- is not the place to keep track of your living family. Do that offline: the best way to protect private data online is to not put it online in the first place.
