@Montann Hi - Welcome to FamilySearch Community. Not quite sure what you are asking. We would need a little more detail about your question. Are you talking about a connection to your Ancestry account? If so, make sure you are signed into your Ancestry account. Family Search does not sign you into your Ancestry account. Look at the upper right corner on the Ancestry page. If you are signed in, you will see your username, if not signed in, you will see sign in. If you can't sign in, you may have to reset your Ancestry password. Let us know if we can be of more help.
