In the Missouri Naturalization Records project, batch [MQHL-T1S]

is a list of naturalization petitions recommended to be granted. I think that it is a an example of a document that is similar to the ones that are typically in this project, so I think it needs to be indexed with the names and date at the bottom of the document. There would be no other available information to index. I do not think it is a document that would be labeled "no extractable data".

Am I correct in thinking this should be indexed in this manner? Thank you in advance for any assistance and/or information.
