When I click to view family line to my 23rd great grandfather it says

Hello , my 23rd great grandfather was Robert De Ros 1 his L8YY-RMM when I click to view line it comes up not enough people or information . Something of that sort, Anyways, I check twice going to each profile and my line info goes to him. My cousin says she can go to the year 900 with Relativefinder , But , I ried three times to upload my fs tree and it still will not show my line. Any suggestions please
