Indexing - Tonga Standard Names

I occasionally index place names for Tonga. Often, the place names are correct but they have "Pacific Islands" at the end. If there are a substantial number of records still to Index, it may be beneficial to write a script that would automatically remove "Pacific Islands". This may be helpful for other islands in the region as well.
