The new format is horrible. It is difficult and I am not sure why you changed it in the first place. It is NOT easier and can be very frustrating. It is making me where I don't even want to get on for FEAR of what else is changed. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS THESE CHANGES ARE NOT GOOD. The saying goes, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. And this is my calling and I don't even want to do it. It is sad and I hope and pray that you will reconsider these changes.

This is my calling to and it is very hard now to do my job. The other format was so easy! I have been talking to them for years. Even before the change and they are not listening. I they didn't tell use why this is better and why the change. I am sad about it all!!

Two RootsTech presentations this year discussed the changes and the reasons for them pretty thoroughly. You can view them from these links:

    ----- https://www.familysearch.org/rootstech/session/whats-new-at-familysearch-for-members-of-the-church-of-jesus-christ-of-latter-day-saints-2023

    ----- https://www.familysearch.org/rootstech/session/whats-new-at-familysearch-in-2023

If there are specific things you find difficult with the new pages, post those items to learn why they either are not all that different or why they are actually an improvement or how to get your specific concern to the right place.

Regarding talking to them for years and feeling like one is not being listened to, it is true that one voice out of a couple of millions users is not necessarily going to change anything on the website, particularly if a few thousand of those are just as vocal in not agreeing with one's point of view.
