Madison Co., KY, USA missing deed books
I'm using the digitized images of said subject at www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/433686
Films for the indices, volumes A-Z, 1-14 and 29-52 are available, but 15-28 are not. That seems odd. There's no note explaining their absence.
I called the Richmond, Madison Co. clerk's office, and was told all volumes are extant.
Can anyone shed light on why vol. 15-28 are not available?
Thanks.

@C Boone Unfortunately, we have no way to now why portions of the deed records for Madison County, KY are missing from FamilySearch's collection. It could be that the film crew that captured the images missed some of them. We also notice in the Notes section of the catalog entry: "Some dates overlap because different kinds of records were placed in different volumes." That is not a terribly clear sentence, but seems to be saying that you might find records on films where you don't expect them.
Suggestion: the Help and Learning article: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog has an email address you can use to contact the library directly about issues with films listed in the catalog: FHL-SLC-FilmRequests@churchofjesuschrist.org. They should be able to pull the films and determine if there is an error in the catalog listing or if the records are simply missing from the FamilySearch collection.

@N Tychonievich Thank you. I was unaware of how to report an issue. I'll send a message to the suggested email.
