View microfilms placed in USA from Italy
Good morning,
In my genealogical research, I found some microfilms only placed in the Family History library in the Utah about the place "Santa Maria di Sala, Venezia, Italia" and not available online(but also others in Fossalta di Piave, Venezia and Dolo, Venezia). In particular, there are some microfilms digitized of the same period of time and others not, so I was wondering if these microfilms need to be digitized or how I could access to them in the meanwhile. The microfilms I need are : 2252625 with DGS 7852265( Granite Mountain Record Vault ); 2252623 items 4-6 with DGS 7852266 (Family History Library). Especially, this second microfilm(or a great part of it) should be without restrictions I suppose looking to the years and also because this and the other microfilm are the only ones not available online. I hope someone could help me, also because it is quite difficult to ask for information living in Turin, Italy . Thank you in advance.

All microfilms have now been digitized. The D in DGS indicates Digital.
Digitized does not mean the images can be viewed online. There may be restrictions in the contract with the creator, or there may be privacy restrictions for any digital records that are of recent vintage. For example, DGS 7852265 contains births through 1929 which is within the 100-year privacy span. And, DGS 7852266 contains births through 1931.
There is a project in process to break apart those digital films so that record segments that are not under privacy restrictions can be viewed. That project will likely take some time to complete.

Thank you so much for your very clear answer!
Thinking about the parts in which these microfilms should be broken apart ,I was wondering if there is a possibility to require in some way the specific part of my interest that can be viewed (that are also digitized) or I only need to wait that they will be put in the catalogs.

There is no process to request one digital project go to the front of the line. As you can imagine, there are billions of images, and likely millions of people all wanting to view a different set.
There are researchers (some for hire, some volunteers) based in Salt Lake City who will undertake to look up the records you want. And, some Italian records can be viewed on other sites.

Yes, I suppose the big amount of documents managed and I hope that the researchers can help me to find the records.
I saw other sites while searching for the records I needed, but there is a limited number documents available.
However, thank you again so much.
