I'm not staff, just a user of the website. At what point does it fail? I just tested it and got all the way to the end. I didn't submit it since I don't need a consult right now.
Have you tried using a different browser? Do you have any Adware blockers installed? Examples are uBlock, AdBlock Plus, MalwareBytes Browser Guard.
Tagging @Maile L, a lead mod, to make sure this gets escalated if needed.

This needs to be escalated. I have tried to book from the FamilySearch Center and from my home computer and have not been able to book an appointment since 7/14.
HELP!!

@Leslie Edmunds It appears that the problem is either with your computer or has been resolved. I just successfully scheduled a consultation for Italy--no error message along the way.
You might want to do some computer housekeeping: clear cookies and cache; be sure you are using an up-to-date browser; if you use VPN, try without it; turn off add blockers....

If you are talking about a consultation with the SLC Library, it was discontinued.

The problem was on the consultant's end. We switched to a new month and with a new consultant everything worked out terrific. Landed a senior consultant and have been working on homework non-stop.
